Safeguarding your Business from Unpredictable Events

A smart business is one that plans and can adapt to unpredictability. Planning for contingency gives you the ability to respond effectively in a crisis—a critical factor in the continuation of a business. Developing comprehensive plans is an important starting point. From there, you can analyse your business model and determine whether it would look different in regular operation versus an unexpected event such as bushfire or community lockdown.

This workshop will outline some steps you can take to safeguard your business in such circumstances.

Here’s a quick taste of some of the topics we’ll discuss:

  • The types of events to plan for
  • Developing a plan and what to plan for
  • How to measure the risk in your business and actions to take

Register for this online workshop to cover contingency and crisis planning for you and your business.

** BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL **

Please note: Attendees who have successfully registered to attend will receive an email from Eventbrite in the 24 hours prior to the event with a link to the webinar.
